Live events, open to the public

What We Wish You Knew

An intimate, talk-show-style event where doctors share the health information you deserve to have: honestly, openly, and without the hype.

The next event is in the works. Seats go to the list first. Join, and you’ll get the invitation before it’s posted anywhere else.

What We Wish You Knew, December 5, 2025

How a morning unfolds.

I host every event, with doctors from different specialties and a room small enough that every question gets heard. It feels less like a lecture and more like the conversation you wish you could have with a doctor friend.

  1. Settle in

Coffee, something good to eat, and a comfortable seat in a room full of women.

  2. The conversation

Doctors on the couch talk candidly about the health topics that affect us all: what the evidence says, and what they wish everyone knew.

  3. Your questions

Ask what you’ve been wondering about. Nothing is too small, too awkward, or too common.

  4. Leave clearer, more confident, and connected

With reliable information, and the reassurance that you’re not the only one.

For me, hosting is a full-body activity 😉

The morning of.

I put my whole self into these health conversations. Mind, body, and soul. When I care about something, it becomes a whole experience.

These are small mornings, on purpose: big enough to feel the energy, small enough that nobody hesitates to raise a hand. Started in Montreal, and growing.
